What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Berbere UK Ltd has applied to London Borough of Camden Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Berbere, 2 St Giles Square, Ground floor, London, WC2 8AP. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. The sale of alcohol (on & off premises) Monday-Saturday 11:30 to 23:00, Sunday 11:30 to 22:30.
2. Regulated entertainment in the form of recorded music (indoors) Monday-Saturday 11:30 to 23:30, Sunday 11:30 to 23:00.
3. Late night refreshment (indoors & outdoors) Monday-Saturday 23:00 to 23:30.
4. Opening hours Monday- Saturday 11:30 to 23:30, Sunday 11:30 to 23:00. 5. Additional non-standard timings for licensable activities and opening hours- New Year’s Eve - from the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or via email licensing@camden.gov.uk no later than 26th September 2024 stating the grounds for representation. The register of London Borough of Camden Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.camden.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
