What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

We, Porthennor Pubs Ltd give notice that we have applied to the Council of the Isles of Scilly for the Grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Old Town Inn, Old Town Lane, St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly TR21 0NN

The application is for the sale of alcohol between 11am and 11pm on Mondays to Saturdays and 11am to 10pm on Sundays.

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Service, Council of the Isles of Scilly, Town Hall, St Mary’s Isles of Scilly TR21 0LW or email licensing@scilly.gov.uk not later than 30 September 2024.

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours, by prior appointment Details are also at www.scilly.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
