Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Name of applicant: One Eleven Gosforth Limited c/o Ward Hadaway LLP, Sandgate House, 102 Quayside, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 3DX. Address of Premises: One: Eleven Café, 111 High Street, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne NE3 1HA. 

An application has been made to permit the sale of alcohol between the hours of 1200 - 2200 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday only. Conditions will apply. 

Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so by 2 October 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk 

All representations regarding this application Must Be In Writing and sent to: Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
