Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence

The Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the Premises Licence at Co-op, 10-12 Fairwater Green, Fairwater, Cardiff CF5 3BA to account for a change to the layout of the store with regards to shelves, units and tills which will be removed, relocated and replaced. 

The refurbishment will slightly increase the licensed area. In all other respects the licence remains the same. Conditions will apply. 

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Atlantic Wharf, Cardiff CF10 4UW or Email: licensing@cardiff.gov.uk by midnight on 3 October 2024. 

The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or www.cardiff.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
