What is proposed?
I Marie Sowman hereby give notice that I have applied for a premise licence in respect of Puddledock Woods Ltd. Fairfield Puddledock, Nethergong Hill, Upstreet, Kent CT3 4DP.
The licence is to allow the sale by retail alcohol. The operating hours will be 16:00 until 21:00 daily seven days a week.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to Canterbury City Council, Rose Lane, Canterbury about the application and must be in writing and must be made no later the 04 October 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine.
