What is proposed?

Public Notice Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Sbburger Limited, to Derby City Council, the Licensing Authority, for the grant of a new Premises Licence for: Billy Buns, 21 Abbey Street, Derby, DE22 3SJ to allow the following activities to take Place: Late Night Refreshment (Indoors) Monday - Sunday: 23:00 - 03:00Hrs 

Details of the application may be requested by emailing licensing@derby.gov.uk by prior appointment or in writing to The Licensing Team Derby City Council, The Council House, Corporation Street, Derby, DE1 2FS. 

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of the application must do so in writing, to the above address no later than: 24 September 2024. 

If the representation is to be made in the form of a petition then contact the licensing team for further advice. The application may also be viewed on the Council website at: https://www.derby.gov.uk/licensing/alcohol-licences/alcohol-entertainment/

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
