What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th September 2024 Big Bird Promotions Limited applied to Birmingham City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Big Fang and Birdies Bar, 42 Heath Mill Lane, Birmingham B9 4AR. 

The proposed variation is;- 1. To delete a condition prohibiting regulated entertainment in Birdies Bar. 

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ or preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk no later than 2nd October 2024 stating the grounds for representations. 

The register of Birmingham City Council the record of the application may be inspected by accessing the Licensing Act 2003 Electronic public register at: www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
