Give notice that I have applied to Canterbury City Council as Licensing Authority for GRANT in respect of Sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises from 10:30 to 21:00 hours, 7 days a week. Opening Hours: 08:00 to 21:30 hours, 7 days a week for the premises: The Snuggery situated at: 27 St Peter’s Street, Canterbury, CT1 2BQ.

(2) public safety
(3) the prevention of public nuisance
(4) the protection of children from harm.
By: 01/10/2024 (this is 28 days from the day following the application having been submitted). All representations will be available for public inspection (other than an application for a provisional statement). Anonymous representations will not be considered. It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
