Notice of Application for a Variation to a Premises Licence

I, Giga Wakefield hereby give notice that an application was made to the Plymouth City Council on the 3rd September 2024 for the variation of a Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Giga’s Everyday Essentials, 12-14 Devonport Road Stoke Plymouth PL3 4DH from which the following licensable activities are proposed. 

The sale of alcohol by retail for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 08:00 to 23:00 hours Monday to Sunday inclusive.

Details of the application may be inspected, free of charge, at Plymouth City Council, Licensing, Public Protection Service, Windsor House, PL6 5UF or on line at www.plymouth.gov.uk. 

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. 

The last day for representations being the 01/10/2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
