Notice Of Application For A Variation Of A Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that We, Greene King Brewing & Retailing Limited have applied to Bristol City Council on 02nd September 2024 for a variation to a premises licence to use the premises at the: Lodekka, Bath Road/Tramway Road, Bristol, BS4 3DS. 

To vary the following: Hours for Sale by Retail of Alcohol from 09:00am daily. To amend non-standard timings to reflect extended times for licensable activities. For full details please refer to the application form.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 30th September 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Licensing Team(100TS), PO BOX 3399, Bristol, BS1 9NE or via email to licensing@bristol.gov.uk. 

The application may be inspected at the offices of: Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol BS1 6AG between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday with the exception of Wednesday between 10.00am and 5.00pm or view online at www.bristol.gov.uk. 

The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
