Notice is hereby given that Circular Productions Limited has applied in respect of the Bristol Arts and Music 30-64 Pennywell Road Bristol BS5 0TL for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:
This is an application to add an additional non standard timing, for all licensable activities, as follows; From 7am to 3am (with 30 minutes winding down to close to the public at 3.30am) on a Friday and Saturday (morning following) up to 8 times per calendar year.
All other operating times, licensable activities and conditions authorised by the existing Premises Licence to remain unaltered.
Representations to this application must be made in writing, by the end of 30th September 2024, to Licensing Team (100TS), PO BOX 3399, Bristol, BS1 9NE or via email: licensing@bristol.gov.uk.
The record of the application may also be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
