What is proposed?
LICENSING ACT 2003 VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice Is hereby given that Charles Wells Limited has applied to the Licensing Authority at Cherwell District Council for a variation under the Licensing Act at The Nightingale, Peregrine Way, Bicester, Oxon, OX26 6XX. The proposed variation is as follows:
- Extension to the opening hours of the premises on a Sunday to 00:00
- Extension to the licensable activities on a Sunday to 23:30
- Addition of the provision for the licensable activity of exhibition films.
Full details of the proposals are stated on the application for variation. The full application may be inspected at Cherwell District Council, Bodicote House, Bodicote, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX15 4AA free of charge during office hours or online at https://www.cherwell.gov.uk/. Any interested party or responsible authority may make written representations to Cherwell District Council by 25 September 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
