APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that we Riverside Spirits Ltd, have made an application for a New Premises Licence at Riverside Spirits Ltd, 29 Arkwright Road, Astmoor Industrial Estate, Runcorn, WA7 1NU on 27/08/2024 to Halton Borough Council for the following licensable activities:

Online sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises A responsible authority or interested party may make representation in writing about this application to the following address no later than 24/09/2024: Licensing Section, Halton Borough Council, Municipal Building, Kingsway, Widnes, WA8 7QF

A record of my application is contained in the licensing register kept by Halton Borough Council which is available for inspection free of charge at the above during normal office hours.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
