What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 - Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises License/Club Premises Certificate

We (Michael Beckett) of Unit 705 Merlin Park, Ringtail Road, L40 8JY have applied to West Lancashire Brough Council for a license to establish a wine shop/wine tasting venue.

Opening hours will be between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.

The application may be inspected at West Lancashire Borough Council, Licensing Section, Robert Hedge Centre, Stanley Way, Skelmersdale, WN8 8EE, between hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Councils website http://westlancs.gov.uk/licensing

Any interested party may make representations in writing to the council regarding the application before September 25th 2024.

It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction anyone doing so is liable to a fine of £5,000.
