TAKE NOTICE that I Nicholas Keith Miller have applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003,
for the grant of a premises licence in respect of premises known as 16/18 Union Street Halifax West Yorkshire HX1 1PR
Have applied for the following activities and times as stated below: Serving alcohol to take away and drink in store in our opening times Monday to Saturday 1200 to 2300hrs and Sunday 1200 – 2300hrs.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the
application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.
