Public Notice of Application for Grant/Variation of Premises Licence/Club Premises Certificate

Application has today been made to the council for the above licence/certificate by Holywell Inn.
Address of Premises/Club: Holywell Green, Halifax, HX4 9AJ for the Sale of Alcohol 10:00am – 24:00 Mon-Thurs, Fri-Sat 10:00am – 2.00am. The sale by retail of alcohol / Supply of alcohol, Live Music, Recorded Music Monday to Thursday 10:00am – 1:00am, Friday and Saturday 10:00am – 1:30am, Sunday 10:am to 11:00om. Alcohol Sun 12:00 – 11:00pm.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives. Applications may be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk
Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Unit. Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 09/09/2024. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
