What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Limited has applied to Runnymede Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, 19 The Avenue, Runnymede Roundabout, Egham, TW20 9AB.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of Late-Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by The Licensing Manager, Runnymede Borough Council, Civic Centre, Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2AH or by email to licensing@runnymede.gov.uk no later than 20th September 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Runnymede Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, between the hours of 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday or on the council’s website - www.runnymede.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
