Licensing Act 2003 -Variation Application lor a Premises Licence

An application for a variation to the Premises Licence at The Shard, 23-25 High Street, Swanley BR8 8AE has been made by Kobir Hussain. A summary of the proposed variation to licensable activities: To increase opening times and the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises to 12:30am Mon to Sat, and to 12 midnight Sun. To add live and recorded music (indoors), and late night refreshment Mon to Sat 11pm to 12.30am, and to 12 midnight Sun.
