LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I/WE Green Olives Pizza Ltd have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Green Olives Pizza Ltd company for Premises Licence - 718 Borough Road Birkenhead CH42 9JE for the following Licensable Activities:- Late Night refreshments & Hours open to the public Monday to Sunday - 23:00 to 03:00.
A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 24/09/2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
