What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that BURCU KISKANC has applied to the BCP Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. Premises: WINE YARD', 112 Poole Road, Bournemouth, BH4 9EF.

The proposed licensable activities are: Sale of alcohol ON & OF the premises 0800hrs -0100hrs daily. Late Night Refreshment ON & OFF the premises 2300hrs- 0100hrs daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Team, BCP Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. licensing@bcpcouncil.co.uk. Representations must be received no later than 25th September 2024.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence of an unlimited fine of level 5 on the standard scale.
