LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Serdar Gulekoglu has applied to Castle Point Borough Council for a New Premises Licence at: YEMEK- 253 London Rd, Hadleigh, Benfleet SS7 2RF

To permit for the licensable activities: - The sale by retail of alcohol on & off the premises from: Mon-Thurs 08:00-23:00 Fri & Sat 08:00 - 01:00 Sun 08:00-22:00 The sale of alcohol off the premises will be with food deliveries only. - The provision of labs night refreshment Fri & Sat 23:00 - 01:00- Live & recorded music Fri & Sat 23:00 - 01:00.

Any person or responsible authority [as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 19/09/2024. A copy of the application can be viewed at the council offices during working hours or on the website www.castlepoint.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to Castle Point Borough Council, Council Offices, Kiln Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 1TF licensin@castlepoint.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
