LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd August 2024, Milk for Health Ltd applied to Manchester City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises The Creameries, 406 Wilbraham Road, Manchester M21 0SD. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Sundays to Wednesdays between the hours of 10.00 to 23.45 and on Thursdays to Saturdays between the hours of 10.00 to 00:45.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received inwriting by;- Premises Licensing, Level 1 Town Hall Extension, Albert Square, Manchester, PO Box 532, M60 2LA or by email to premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk no later than the19th September 2024 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of Manchester City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above office by appointment only. For further details email premises.licensing@manchester.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
