LICENSING ACT 2003 PUBLIC NOTICE:
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISE LICENCE

Ogyun Mehmet Solak has applied to Dacorum
Borough Council for a Premises Licence, namely
at: PIZZERIA NAPOLETANA 8-12 LOWER KINGS
ROAD, BERKHAMSTED, HP4 2AE. A Description
of the Activities are described below: Supply of
alcohol ON and OFF the premises Monday to
Sunday between 10:00-23:00 Opening/Closing time
Monday to Sunday between 10:00-23:00.
A responsible authority or any other person may
make representation to the licensing authority in
respect of this application. Representations must
be made in writing, either by post to the above
address Licensing, Dacorum Borough Council, The
Forum, Marlowes, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1DN or
by email to licensing@dacorum.gov.uk and must be
received no later than 19/09/2024.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application for a
premises licence. A person guilty of an offence is
liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding
level five on the standard scale.
