NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Food Warehouse, Unit 3 Yeovil Retail Park, Babylon Hill, BA21 5BT.

Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Dorset Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 07:00 to 23:00.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Tuesday 24th September 2024 to Licensing Team, Dorset Council, County Hall, Colliton Park, Dorchester, DT1 1XJ.

Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: licensing@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk.

It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
