NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hunton Park Hospitality Limited have applied to Three Rivers District Council for a Variation of the Premises Licence at Hunton Park Hotel, Hunton Park, Essex Lane, Abbots Langley, Kings Langley WD4 8PN to add the Garden Marquee to the existing Premises Licence (Sunday to Thursday until 2300, Friday and Saturday until 0000 (midnight)), add Films to the existing Premises Licence, update the filed plan and amend and include appropriate conditions on the Premises Licence. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Team, Three Rivers District Council, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth WD3 1RL or by email to licensing.team@threerivers.gov.uk not later than 20th September 2024. Representations received after this date cannot be considered. The Three Rivers District Council's Licensing Register is kept online https://www.threerivers.gov.uk/services/licensing/licence-register where details of the application may be inspected using ref: 24/00510/LAP04. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
