What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Waitrose Ltd to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Richmond upon Thames for a Premises Licence for Little Waitrose 179-181 High Street, Hampton Hill, Hampton TW12 1NL.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0700 to 2300 hours each day. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to Richmond Licensing Authority Regulatory Services Partnership Merton Civic Centre London Road Morden Surrey SM4 5DX or by email to: licensing@merton.gov.uk no later than 18th September 2024. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The Licensing Authority between the hours of 1000 to 1600 hours. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Councils website www.richmond.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
