Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Limited has applied to Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Unit 1, 66 Middlesbrough Road, South Bank, Middlesbrough, TS6 6NA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : The provision of Late-Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. The opening hours of the premises will be 24 hours Mondays to Sundays. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Redcar and Cleveland House, Kirkleatham Street, Redcar, TS10 1RT or via email licensingadmin@redcarcleveland. gov.uk no later than 26th September 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
