NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL OF A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that I S C Judge, D M Entwistle and R O Winstanley have applied on 30th August 2024 to Lancaster City Council in respect of the premises known as Sin-Til-Late and situated at 19 Queen Street, Morecambe LA4 5EQ under the provisions of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 for a licence to use the premises referred to above as a sex shop. Any objection to this application must be sent in writing within 28 days of the date of the notice to the Licensing Section, Governance, Town Hall, Dalton Square, Lancaster LA1 1PJ.
