LICENSING ACT 2003. NOTICE OF
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Applicant for the Premises licence Elton Vejzi.
Premises address 18a John Street, Sunderland.
SR1 1HT. Notice is given that (applicant) has
applied to Sunderland City Council for a Premises
Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The
proposed licensable activity is: Monday to Sunday
The Sale of Alcohol ‘On’ the premises 1000 – 0000
hrs. Late Night Refreshment and Regulated
Entertainment 2300 – 0000 hrs The licensing
register of Sunderland City Council is kept at:
Sunderland City Council, Licensing Section, City
Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA. A record of
the application may be inspected by appointment
during the hours Monday to Thursday 8.30 – 5.15
and Friday 8.30 – 4.45 at the Customer Services
Centre, City Hall. Representations regarding the
application must be made in writing to the Council
or by emailing licensing@sunderland.gov.uk 24
September 2024. It is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection
with an application and the maximum fine for which
a person is liable on summary conviction for the
offence is unlimited.
