Notice of Application for the Grant of a
Premises Licence
We GivonsBrothers Limited hereby give notice that
an application was made to Mid Sussex District
Council on the 19th August 2024 for the grant of a
Premises Licence to operate a premises at:
Bucklands Farm, Brantridge Lane, Balcombe,
RH17 6JT from which the following licensable
activities are proposed. Retail of Alcohol for
consumption on and off the premises from 12:00 to
00:00 hours Monday to Sunday, Regulated
Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment from
23:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday.
The full application may be inspected, free of
charge, at the offices of the council at Licensing,
Mid Sussex District Council Oaklands Road
Haywards Heath West Sussex RH16 1SS or online
at www.midsussex.gov.uk. Any interested party or
Responsible Authority may make representations to
the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days
of the day of application was made as detailed
above. The last day for representations being the
16/09/2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a
false statement in connection with an application
and a person may be liable on summary conviction
of an unlimited fine.
