What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

PREMISES Voco Zeal Exeter Science Park, Exeter Science Park, Babbage Way, Exeter EX5 2FN.

Notice is given that Zeal Hotel Exeter Limited has applied to East Devon District Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The proposed licensable activities are:

1. The sale of alcohol (for consumption on and off the premises) Monday to Sunday: 08.00 to 02.00. Hotel residents and bona fide guests unrestricted. From the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day.

2. Regulated Entertainment (indoors and outdoors) plays, films (films in hotel bedrooms unrestricted), indoor sports, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything similar) Monday to Sunday: 08.00 to 02.00. From the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day.

3. The provision of late night refreshment daily from 23.00 until 02.00. Hotel residents and bona fide guests unrest - ricted. From the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than Representations must be received by 25 September 2024.

The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/. It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
