To whom it may concern: We: Vineyard Events Limited do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a variation of Premises Licence
at: Froginwell Vineyard, Sidmouth Road, Woodbury Salterton, EX5 1EP and known as: Froginwell Vineyard

The application is to: Vary the license to authorise the following licensable activities: Live music and recorded music Sunday-Wednesday 19:00- 23:00
Late night refreshments: Monday - Sunday 23:00-00:30 And to: Extend the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol for consumption ON and OFF the premises from Sunday - Wednesday 09:00 - 21:00 to Sunday to Wednesday 09:00 - 00:00
Extend the premises opening hours: Sunday - Wednesday from 9:00-22:00 to Sunday to Wednesday 09:00-00:30

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than: 26th September 2024.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or on the Council’s website: www.eastdevon.gov.uk/licensing/ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
