Notice of an application for the grant of a Premises Licence The Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that we, Little Sicily Bishop Auckland Ltd, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Little Sicily, Unit 8 Fieldon Bridge Development, St Helen Auckland, Bishop Auckland, Co Durham, DL14 9AA for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Sale by retail of alcohol on & off sales Monday to Thursday 12:00 Hrs until 22:00 Hrs & Friday to Sunday 12:00 Hrs until 23:00 Hrs. An additional hour from Greenwich Meantime to British Summer time and New Year's Eve extension until the start of permitted hours on New Year's Day.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council's offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.30 pm.
