Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has
applied to Newark & Sherwood District Council for the
grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises
known as Heron Foods, 165 Mansfield Road, Clipstone,
NG21 9AA.The proposed licensable activities and their
hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to
Saturday 07:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The
opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Saturday
07:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. Any
representations by an interested party or responsible
authority regarding the above-mentioned application must
be received in writing by The Licensing Team, Newark &
Sherwood District Council, Castle House, Great North
Road, Newark on Trent, NG24 1BY email
request@nsdc.info no later than 18th September 2024
stating the grounds for objection. The register of Newark
& Sherwood District Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council
during normal office hours or on the council's website.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
