Premises: The Moonlight Club & Bar, Unit 8 The Friary, Cardiff, CF10 3FA
The applicant has applied for a premises licence for the following relevant Licensable Activities and times:
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 03:30 and the provision of regulated entertainment in the form of live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of similar description (all indoors) Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 03:30 and the provision of late night refreshment (indoors) Monday to Sunday from 23:00 to 00:00.

The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff, CF10 4UW between 9am and 4pm (Monday to Friday, except public holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
