FOR BAKEHOUSE & BAR 316B NEWCHURCH ROAD, STACKSTEADS, BACUP, OL13 0UJ

Notice is hereby given that Bakehouse and Bar has applied to Rossendale Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a new Premises Licence for the premises located at 316B Newchurch Road, Stacksteads, Bacup, Lancashire, OL13 0UJ. The application seeks permission for the sale of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment and late-night refreshments.

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Friday & Saturday: 8:00 am to 10:30 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Proposed Live Music Times:
Friday & Saturday: 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm
Recorded Music:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Friday & Saturday: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
Selling of Alcohol:
Monday to Thursday: 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
Friday & Saturday: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm
Sunday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

Any person wishing to make representations regarding this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at Rossendale Borough Council, The Business Centre, Futures Park, Bacup, OL13 0BB. Representations must be received by 13th September 2024.

The application can be inspected at the above address during normal business hours or at any time at www.rossendale.gov.uk.

Please note that it is an offense to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for doing so is £5,000.
