NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given that: London Clubs Manchester Limited of the following address: 55 Baker Street, London, W1U 8EW is applying under Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 to vary a Converted Casino Premises Licence under that Act.

The application relates to the following premises: The Broadway Casino, Unit 2, 1827A Pershore Road, Bournville, Birmingham, B30 3DL. The application is to vary the licence as follows: nThe application is pursuant to Section 187 of the Gambling Act 2005 and paragraph 65(12) of Part 7 of Schedule 4 to the Gambling Act (Commencement No. 6) Order 2006 to vary the converted casino licence to relocate the premises to Unit 2, 2-4 Pritchett Street, Birmingham, B6 4EH, as detailed on the plan submitted with the application. The application has been made to: Birmingham City Council, General Licensing Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ - licensing@birmingham.gov.uk. Information about the application is available from the licensing authority, including the arrangements for viewing the details of the application.

Any of the following persons may make representations in writing to the licensing authority about the application: A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities; A person who has business interests that might be affected by the authorised activities; A person who represents someone in any of the above two categories.Any representations must be made by the following date: 19 September 2024.
