LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Sait Temiz Derinkuyu has applied to Newham Council for a Premises Licence at: FRESH LOCAL-Unit 17.01, Phase 3, Royal Wharf, Newham, E16 2SY. To permit for the licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol OFF the premises:-06:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, East Ham, E6 2RP. (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected, any queries should be sent to licensing@newham.gov. uk Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the 17/09/2024.

Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee.

It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. Date: 20/08/2024 Signed: ADA Group
