TAKE NOTICE, WISE CHILDREN LIMITED has made an application, pursuant to Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003, for a Premises Licence to be granted in respect of the premises detailed above. A statement of the licensable activities proposed to be carried on is as follows:

RETAIL SALE OF ALCOHOL FOR CONSUMPTION ON & OFF THE PREMISES 11.00 TO 22.30 DAILY

Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to ‘Licensing, The Council Offices, Cannards Grave Road, Shepton Mallet, Somerset, BA4 5BT’.

The final date for representations is 23:59hrs on 17TH SEPTEMBER 2024

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is Level 5 on the standard scale.
