What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

We The Gunyah Wine Cellar Ltd hereby give notice that an application was made to Uttlesford District Council on the 16th August 2024 for the grant of a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: Belcom, Green Street, Elsenham, Essex, CM22 6DS from which the following licensable activities are proposed.

Retail of Alcohol for consumption off the premises via online sales from 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours Monday to Sunday.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at Uttlesford District Council, Council Offices, London Road, Saffron Walden, Essex CB11 4ER or online at www.uttlesford.gov.uk. Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section in writing within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 13/09/2024.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
