APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Mr. Kanthasamy Karis is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at – Costcutter, 135 – 139 Fairfax Road, Birmingham B31 3SH.
If GRANTED, the application will allow: Sale of Alcohol [Off sales]
Monday to Sunday – 07:00 to 23:00

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, by midnight on,18 / 09 / 2024.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
