NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by: Shamsi Amir to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as: Cape Express which are situated at: 59 - 61 Cape Hill, Smethwick, B66 4SF 

The proposed application is as follows: Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises, Monday – Sunday 07:00 to 23:00

 A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. 

Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk, by: 16 September. 2024.

 It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
