Notice Of Application For The Variation Of A Premises Licence
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made by Blackmoor Estate Limited (The) to the licensing authority, East Hampshire District Council, for the variation of a premises licence under section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 relating to: Blackmoor Estate Ltd, Blackmoor, Liss, Hampshire, GU33 6BS.
The proposed variation is to: Remove limit to Promotional Events, Extend the licensed area and permit the Sale of Alcohol (On and Off the premises incl delivery): Monday – Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00hrs.
A copy of the statutory register may be inspected during normal office hours at the address shown below or by viewing the licensing public register at www.easthants.gov. uk
Any person wishing to make representations must submit representations in writing to Licensing, EHDC, Penns Place, Petersfield, GU31 4EX or by email to: licensing@easthants. gov.uk, no later than midnight on: 18 September 2024.
Any representations will be notified to the applicant and will be considered by the licensing authority. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine, the maximum fine is unlimited.
