Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is given that McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to The City of Salford on 20th August 2024 for a premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, 3 Capital Quay, Salford, M50 3WL for the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 05:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:-
The Licensing Service, Salford City Council, Regulatory Services, Civic Centre, Chorley Road, Salford, M27 5AW or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications

Representations must be received no later than 17/09/2024. 

The Application record and register may be viewed by appointment during normal office hours at the above address or at www.salford.gov.uk/licensing-applications

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
