STRATFORD on AVON DC LICENSING AUTHORITY VARIATION TO LICENCE - LICENSING ACT 2003

On 16th August 2024, Welcombe Hills Vineyard has applied for the Variation of the Premises Licence for Welcombe Hills Vineyard, Barn at Vine Cottage, The Hill, Kings Lane, Snitterfield, STRATFORD-upon-AVON CV37 0QB. The intention to make this variation to the premises licence is to: Remove Condition 17 of the current Licence, which limits the extent of ON Sales to 40 days per calendar year.

A copy of the application for the grant of the above variation is kept by Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction is unlimited.
