Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that, we, Lidl Great Britain Limited have made an application under Section 17 of Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 to Walsall Council for a Premises Licence for Lidl Great Britain Limited, Park Lane (Former Buzz Bingo Hall), Wednesbury WS10 9SB for sale of alcohol by retail for consumption off the premises during the hours 07:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Unit, Walsall Council, Civic Centre, Walsall, WS1 1TP or via email to Licensing@walsall.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 12 September 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed by prior arrangement with the licensing authority, please email us at Licensing@walsall.gov.uk . It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
