NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Red Kangaroo (Reading) Ltd has applied to Reading Borough Council on 13 August 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Red Kangaroo, 8 Bridge Water Close, Reading, RG30 1JT for the provision of regulated entertainment

(Plays / Films / Indoor Sporting Events / Live Music I Recorded Music / Performance of Dance / Anything Similar) from 09:00 to 2300 Monday to Sunday and the sale by retail of alcohol from 11:00 to 23:00 Monday to Sunday, plus non standard timings, as more particularly set out in the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Reading Borough Council, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, RG1 2LU to be received by no later than 10 September 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. No written representations will have personal details removed unless the licensing authority deems it appropriate to do so. Any request for personal details to be removed should be notified to the Licensing Authority at the time of making the representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected at Reading Borough Council by prior arrangement between the hours of 9am to 5pm please ring 0118 9373762 to make an appointment or via email to licensing@reading.gov.uk.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
