Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence
Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a new premises licence at Co-op, Car Park, Widdrington Station, Morpeth, Northumberland NE61 5ND. A Temporary Store will be sited in the car park during refurbishment of the main store. The licensable activity is sale of alcohol for consumption offthe premises Monday to Sunday between 06:00-22:00. Conditions will apply.
Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Department, Northumberland County Council, West Hartford Business Park, Cramlington NE23 3JP Or Licensing01@northumberland.gov.uk  by 13 September 2024. The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices or at www.northumberland.gov.uk  It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application andis punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
