What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Southampton City Council to vary the Premises Licence for the One 0 Four at 104-108 Above Bar Street, Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 7DT.

The application includes the following terms:-

1. To permit retail sale of alcohol Monday to Wednesday 10:00 until 02:00 hours, Thursday to Saturday 10:00 until 03:00 hours and Sunday 10:00 to 01:00 hours.

Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at Southampton City Council, Licensing, PO Box 1767, Southampton, Hampshire, SO18 9LA. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 10th September 2024 (www.southampton.gov.uk).

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
