APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Zeus Entertainment Ltd is applying to vary a Premises Licence for Zeus Bar, A304 The Arcadian Centre, 70 Hurst St, Birmingham B5 4TD to alter the layout of the premises. Further information concerning the application can be viewed at: www.birmingham. gov.uk Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so by email to licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or by post to Licensing, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice (midnight on 13th September 2024) It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount Dated: 16th August 2024
